Ingredients: 1 lb hamburger; 2 pkg taco seasoning; 1 onion, chopped; lettuce; 1 tomato, chopped; 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated; 1 can garbanzo beans; black olives; 1 bag Fritos corn chips; 1½ cup mayonnaise; ¼ cup ketchup; 1 pkg taco seasoning

Method

Brown the hamburger with the onion, drain off the grease, add the taco seasoning, and set aside.
Break up enough lettuce for the salad. Add the tomato, cheese, garbanzo beans, olives, and meat. Mix well. Add Fritos, to taste.
Mix all the dressing ingredients thoroughly and pour over the salad. Toss and serve.

Olives are flexible: use 1–2 cans sliced black olives, or 1 can pitted.
The dressing taco seasoning is to taste — start with ½ a package and work up to a full one.
