Ingredients: 1 lb hamburger; 1 onions, chopped; 1 can cream of mushroom soup; ¼ bar cream cheese; ¼ cup sour cream; ½ bag onion soup mix; fresh sliced mushrooms; ¼ tsp ground nutmeg; garlic salt; pepper

Method

Brown the hamburger with the onion and mushrooms and drain off the fat. Season with the garlic salt and pepper while browning.
Add the can of cream of mushroom soup. Stir in about ¼ of a bar of cream cheese and about ¼ cup sour cream. (Either the cream cheese or the sour cream can be omitted; you don't have to use both.)
Add in about ½ a bag of onion soup mix and ¼ teaspoon of nutmeg. Stir well and bring to a boil.
Turn off the heat and let sit for about 10 minutes.
