Method

Peel the potatoes and cut into bite-size pieces. Boil in salted water until tender, then drain and cool.
Mix the onion, pickles, mayonnaise, mustard, and garlic salt. Pour over the cooled potatoes and mix.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
