Jalapeño Jelly

Method

1. Wash the peppers and remove the tops. Grind until fine.

2. Combine all ingredients except the Certo in a large heavy pan.

3. Bring to a hard boil and boil for three minutes.

4. Add the Certo and boil for one more minute.

5. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.

6. Skim and put into sterilized jars. Seal.
