Ingredients: 1 yellow cake mix, one box; 1 instant vanilla pudding, one 3 oz box; 4 eggs; 1 cup sour cream; ½ cup oil; 2 tsp ground cinnamon; ½ cup sugar; 1 cup pecans, chopped

Method

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
Mix the cake mix, instant vanilla pudding, eggs, sour cream, and oil together at medium speed for a full five minutes.

Pour half the batter into the greased loaf pan.
Combine the cinnamon, sugar, and chopped pecans.
Pour half the nut mixture on top of the cake batter.
Pour the remaining batter on top of this and finish with the rest of the nut mixture.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 to 50 minutes.
