Quick drop biscuits made from pancake-and-baking mix with shredded cheddar, finished with a brush of garlic butter.

Method

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
Mix the pancake mix, milk, and cheese until a soft dough forms; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Drop the dough by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

Mix the margarine and garlic powder; brush over the warm biscuits before removing them from the cookie sheet. Serve warm.
